Couple of young "undocumented Democrats" beat up elderly woman after trip to Whataburger

SAN ANTONIO - An elderly woman tried to help out some teens in need, and was robbed and assaulted for her kindness.

On March 10th, the woman spotted two teens in her neighborhood that appeared to have a flat tire. She offered the two a ride to a nearby Whataburger. After a delicious Whataburger meal, the three returned to the suspect’s vehicle in the 6500-block of Chasethorn on the Northwest Side.

The woman then realized her purse and wallet were missing, so she asked the two if she could look in the backseat of their disabled vehicle. That’s when things got bad.

While she was looking through the suspect’s car, one of the two teens grabbed from behind and started choking her. The two teens grabbed her keys and took off with her car.

The one thing the two suspects didn’t consider was the surveillance video at Whataburger. Detectives used the video to identify one of the suspects by the hat he wore and his distinctive tattoos.

The very next day, police recovered the stolen vehicle – and identified 19-year-old Jose Carbajal as the driver. He was wearing the exact same hat – and police recognized his tattoos.

Once detectives started asking questions, Carbajal confessed to everything. He has been charged with Aggravated Robbery. No word yet from police on what happened to the other suspect.
