I don’t know any free ones, I can recommend what I use which is super cheap and maximum reliability.
ServerPilot.io offers WP hosting. You need to signup and create a DigitalOcean droplet which will be connected to you server on serverpilot.
It sounds harder than it really is. And the price for the basic plan is just $5.5 per month.
That’s just my 2 cents;)

For only 0.50$ a month you can get shared hosting from HostBlast it's a great alternative to free hosting (it's almost free)! Is adult friendly and it has all the features as any other hosting! I have a few sites hosted there since 2012! Just saying!
