Why don't you use your self-made own pre-proll video ads? I mean take some image/banner, HTML5 animation, static HTML, or some embedded code with a video, livecam chat room or whatever and add it to your video player, like this: https://www.cyberseo.net/kvs-player-pro/#demo

The ads are ANY HTML code you want to place there. So you deign which size they have and how they do look like - just assign an appropriate CSS to it. Also you can use even a simple clickable PNG image which will be stretched to to the player size.
