FS: White label with 2 domains Generates $2k monthly with 400 unique daily hits
 

I have a question.. My domains Touchmypp.com and CamvLive.com which both forward to my white label under cb has around 400 unique hits daily (with a 32% organic growing rate), 10-14 minutes average weekly session duration, 20% bounce rate, generates $1,500-$2,000 profit monthly ($7,000-$10,000 in sales) I receive about 4-5 free sign ups daily organically and could provide any other info (plus screenshots) that may be needed to determine the appraisal of my sites. Question is if I wanted to sale my white label with the total info I mentioned, does anyone know how much I can sale it for? Also do you believe these are good numbers? I noticed I am growing a passion to marketing and branding. I have a vr live streaming mobile app being put together. I would like to eventually sale these sites and focus all my time to my mobile app when it is settled. Would anyone be interested in purchasing, and could anyone help me appraise the value of my site? Thank you in advance if anyone could help. Usually the appraisal goes by this: site’s revenue x 6-10 months.
So your site’s generating $2k per month. Reasonable sale price would be 12k-20k. Needless to say you have to transfer your cb account upon selling the site to the new owner.

you better keep it, no one will give you more than 4-6 x monthly revenue since it's just a WL (no real content) and it's not clear where is the traffic coming from.

How are you getting your sites Traffic Analytics if they are under CB Sub-domains?

I don't understand what you are asking. I have a affiliate account with cb. I purchased those domains, which I have them forward to my affiliates yes. I promote my domain url's instead of promoting my affiliates url so I can build the traffic for my domains. This is for when I ever I want to add hosting... my domains are branded organically in traffic Are you asking why I didn't change the dns settings to forward to my white label?

You can add google analytics to white labels on cb as well as html coding

The site has forwarded traffic it is not the site itself. Eg your WL has no traffic and is driven from previous work of your existing sites which may or may not be included but that is fading because now forwarded.

It will be appraised more if I had hosting and a actual site correct?

Hey Hey Mr papers, you usually can get 6 to 10 months of revenues. But you will have to prove income, ownership and traffic sources.
The buyer is probably going to want to keep promoting the domains the way you are doing it.
For example, if you are using IG and YT to drive traffic to the domains, are you going to include those in the sale?
Be as transparent as you can with the sale.
