I've stayed in the Venetian hotels suites before and as I recall they were surprisingly cheap.

The pains of travelling with wify and a teenage son, you don't want the kid in your room and a second room is asking for teenage dangers, so a suite with connected room was always best choice... dependant on price.

I stayed at the venetian many times for the avns, and it was free, cause I skipped out without paying...

I just left a day earlier than I said I would, so I got a 24 hour head start. EASY...

You're accountant should be able to get you on expenses and any legit staff you needto attend shows for legit business reasons.

Getting the wife, family through is dodgy. So are meals and any entertainment.

What does your business do? A really important question.

At $450,000 for a 4 night stay, (thats $112,500 a night) and not have an accountant approve it would be a little silly ?

You have no idea how American taxes work. You go to a show, collect your receipts, and write them off on your taxes. The IRS doesn't look at your receipts and say "Gee, this plane ticket is for your wife and she's not an employee". In the event you do get audited you say "Well my wife does the affiliate support and we thought it would be good for her to meet the affiliates".

In my case, technically, I am my own company - an LLC - and my wife is the Vice President. While my wife doesn't do any work she is very much involved in the management and strategic planning for the company. It's very official; We have monthly meetings where we take notes and write them up (and then charge off the meal).

Yessir :thumbsup

What country are you in?

For me that link takes me to some sort of "Want the World Package" page where input the booking dates. Cheapest rooms are $829 for CES dates starting 1/6

But the "Want the World Package" looks like a really huge room and you get massages and food and all that kind of stuff so clearly there's something wrong and my prices are not "Want the World Package" :1orglaugh
