Yesterday I saw video of Betsy DeVos refusing to answer a single question she was asked during her Congressional hearing.

The congressman repeatedly asked her why we should keep funding charter schools as they have a 25% fail rate.

We the tax payers have lost a billion dollars to Charter schools who have taken federal Grant's then gone bankrupt, shutdown or never even opened.

She the wouldn't answer why we should raise their funding levels with a 25% fail rate while at the same time completely killing special Olympics funding and drastically cutting funding for people with disabilities like the blind and deaf.
