It's kind of funny that Trump thinks cutting aid to those countries will help stop them from migrating to the United States. It will have the opposite effect.

These shithole nations encourage their population to migrate to the US so they can get work/welfare and send cash back home. The US is like an ATM machine to them.

That's a form of aid. So other forms of aid should be cut in return.
