As a matter of habit, I check the first couple pages of Reddit everyday.. and it's incredibly interesting to see what agendas are being pushed in plain sight (and yes.. they are positively "paid for" agendas, not the culmination of some organic Reddit posters).

Enemies of the institution and front page of reddit on a "daily" basis:

1. Everything trump (no surprise)
2. Anti-vaxxers
3. Christianity

Oh.. and China recently invested $100 million into Reddit.

I agree - Its awful. I really have to dig deep and subscribe to some well hidden subreddits to get my front page filled up with poo, pee and puke posts...

Isn't everyone's reddit front page unique? If you are seeing stuff about Trump, anivax or religion it's because you have subscribed to subreddits that have these type of posts.

I just went and looked at my front page for Reddit. In the top 50 posts there are maybe 2 that could be counted on your list. One of them was about what a shitty job Mitch McConnell is doing and the other was a story about a teacher in Texas being fired because he is affiliated with a white nationalist group.

You can pick and choose what you want them to aggregate to you. If you don't want anti-Trump/anti-vaxx/Christianity posts, don't subscribe to subreddits that have that stuff.
