Private Build Network, which is basicly your own network of domain which you use for backlink purposes.

Or most often it means Private Blog Network since most people build WP blogs on the domains, and either use them to link to their own stuff or sell links from them. But you need to avoid buying links from shit like this because it won't take Google two nanoseconds to work out that that's a PBN site. Whoever bought those links probably wondering why their sites tanked....

If I check https://member.expireddomains.net/ and run the list through ahrefs wouldnt I get the same results?

there are free and paid software without monthly bs...

wp-autoblog + sponsors rss feed + embedded videos pulled from big tubes = a huge NICHE website built in 30 minutes. Dont forget your sitemap.

I think this is about finding domains with some good (not spammy) backlink profiles.
