New CCBill reports enveiled-System5
 

Today, we are officially releasing our new Webmaster Admin, System5.

We have incorporated many previous suggestions and ideas for improvements into this system. You will find features such as global(multi-language) forms, the ability to access your stats from a cell phone, the new CCBill dialer, loyalty/cancellation discounts, customized pop-up features, an elaborate help system, as well as many more improvements and additions.

I also would like to see international accounts example Canada
to be atleast included as this is highly unfair! seeing you fly EU stuff but haven't taken the time to fly CA huh.... (shame-shame)CCbill..

All of the kind words are appreciated?my suggestion would be to take some time and read over what can be done with the CCBill system, especially the new release. Our marketing and programming departments have really done a great job with it.

I am sure that many of you will be pleasantly surprised with all of the different ways that it can increase your income.

These questions were raised in a different thread, but I thought that I would answer them in this one

Backov, the new System5 admin incorporates many of the features from the older version of the stats, and also includes many other features that the original stats did not have, which are listed here . I am pleased that you think the older version of the stats was ?perfect?, though. It was meant to be a change for the better?and like anything, it will take a few days to get used to...after which, it should be like second nature.

As far as being ?untested?, we have had selected webmasters beta testing System5 for a while now, many from this board. They have reported bugs and have given us valuable suggestions, many of which we were able to incorporate into today?s release.

since you beta tested the stuff already, can you say how high of a level the fraud is when it comes to the dialer?

Just WHICH link are you now supposed to use for the new interface? I used my old link and got the prompt "This link is not used..auto moving you to new System 5" etc etc.

So I get the login page, and I put in account #, username, password..and it's not accepted.

I call support and they give me THIS link:http://newreports.ccbill.com

and there I get message "you don't have permission to access.." etc etc.

Que pasa?

try webadmin.ccbill.com, that should work...if it doesn't, please let me know

We have been testing the technology and payment system of the dialer for approximately 60 days. We believe all bugs have been worked out of the system and are now ready for a full rollout. However, 60 days of limited testing does not allow enough history to speak intelligently regarding 'fraud' related to dialers. We believe that the only concern for all of us is the ability of Goodthinxx to collect and remit funds to CCBill. We have chosen to partner with Goodthinxx as we have found their technology to be the most advanced and flexible to date. Hopefully, we can provide more insight in about 120 days. If you are reluctant to sign-up and test it out, try me again in a few months and I will let you know what we?ve found. Although, if there are any problems, I am sure you will know about them here before long ;)

That new setup is outrageous (and I mean that in the best way possible)!

I find it slow to run reports. But it seems to be getting faster throughout the day.

I do miss some elements of the old set up already. I have a lot of sub accounts and getting an overview of what subaccounts are producing has gone from 1 click to 3/4 clicks or so.

Some of the additional features are nice though :)

Have you worked with the quick links? They should be customizable?set whatever links you want at the front of the system to access the reports that you use the most.

How do you add the dialer to a subaccount? It doesn't show up in my admin.

Contact your sales rep or [email protected] to get the details on how to set the dialer up. The process should not take very long.
