Try being on an opioid like Morphine three times a day plus other meds. You’ll shit out pounds of rocks after an hour or two of pushing. All you do is think of how many strokes happen on the toilet!

Today the doctor tells me to shit in a box. Literally. They mail me a box and plastic bags, you poop into the bag, seal it and box it. I asked how often they’re lost in the mail!!
