He isn't admitting defeat or some other crazy thing you are imagining, he is pointing out that the Republican party is so morally bankrupt that they are now governing not based on what is good for the country, but what owns libs. Which, of course, is an idiotic way to govern.

Anything that has to do with allowing companies to pollute.

Most of his immigration policies primarily the wall and his insistence on it.

His administration now supporting the lawsuit that will completely repeal Obamacare.

His executive orders and other actions that are meant to weaken unions.

Shutting the government down so many federal workers had to work for more than a month without pay.

Transgender ban in the military.
