Hey Ruth,


I know you usually comes really quick with all the answers, but now I'm a bit concern, since I see people are talking that these new temporary cards are not working, wire transfers are not possible, even EFT is not working for the people who have that option.

Also, I see people are talking about some new card/s (Union or however) (I didn't even get this temporary, for a year so far, still says "Shipped").


Can you tell us please, what the hell is going on???

So for me Eft, Ebc, card and now wire are no longer options.

Wire was my last option, but this morning could not do it in usd but I got this:

''We apologize for the inconvenience however USD Wire Withdrawal is no longer available in your region. As an alternative you can withdraw your funds by wire withdrawal in EUR currency. If needed, currency conversion from USD to EUR can be found in the Transfer Funds / Between Accounts section of your Paxum account.''

then tried to exchange it to Eur and got this message: ''Funds were not transferred. Please try again later''

Im done with Paxum, switching all payments to PayPal.

I had to change my payment option from CAD to USD to get wires lately. Usually comes in a day or two, still haven't gotten it. I'll give a few more days but we're talking x,xxx money here.

Again this bullshit? So we got the NEW cards from Wirecard and now we're getting cards issued by union?? It's pretty clear this company called Paxum does shady business. Otherwise why are withdrawals to external Visa cards not working for more than 6 months? And now withdrawals to Mastercard also stopped working. Support is non existant as usual. I don't understand why can't they place a notification saying they have issues with withdrawals. Incredible!!

they are doing their best to keep up with financial upsets coming from all over, as they clearly are using different cards to work in different companies

each time they have bounced back with some sort of card, transfer wire etc....

its the best we have stop knocking it!!!

i also got my money from epassporte when cards first froze a month later it was reactivated and i withdrew all my money from epassporte over 2 months, two fiddy a day sterling, $400

Not yet. I haven't received the money in my bank yet. Ruth replied that the WIRE was processed on 9th (I got a confirmation email too) and will be deposited in 3-5 working days in my bank account.

I'll wait for 1-2 more days and then followup is still not processed.
