Loading an external Card with Paxum, anyone tried it?

From their website:

Please note that we cannot recall a withdraw to an external bank card and that transaction is final. If for any reason your bank card issuer does not accept the deposit they will have to send back the funds to us as we cannot stop the transaction from our end.
Please note, this option is NOT available in Canada, USA, Israel or Japan.
Supported card brands: Visa, Visa Electron, MC, Maestro.

It worked fine about a year ago... haven't tried it since as I received my Paxum (Trucash) card then...

It didn't work in any of my bank cards. (Mc and visa)

Ive tried it once, worked and it was instant, but the fees were pretty high.

I asked Ruth a couple of weeks ago about loading a Visa card and she told me only Mastercard. Drop her a line.
