Nothing to sort out. As long as we continue to hand out firearms to everyone and anyone who wants them.... There will be mass shootings.

Oh and BTW no one noticed but last night in Florida there was another shooting in a wealthy suburb.. A guy shot 3 people at a upscale mall in Ft Lauderdale..

A man was killed and two others people were injured after shots were fired inside of a nightclub next to a Fort Lauderdale mall late Wednesday night.

Police say the incident took place just before midnight inside the Blue Martini nightclub in the Galleria mall off Sunrise Boulevard. Officials said the shooter was taken into custody.

It was ladies night at the bar and witnesses said the place was packed when the gunshots rang out.

Mark Hunter said he was there celebrating the birthday of his friend's wife, who had recently passed away from cancer.



I guess as more of these shootings start to occur in rich white neighborhoods then maybe it will be time to do something.. until then it's thoughts & prayers and not the right time to talk about it....



In other news at a rally in FL yesterday Trump joked on stage about shooting illegals... I guess if it's ok for the President of the US to joke about shooting people , it's now ok to joke about shooting Republicans???

we are ALL made of the same stuff, sourced from the same place. other than a very small % of mentally ill, a very small %, we all share feelings of hope, fear, love, satisfaction and a myriad of other connections.

there is ONLY one difference between us, that is WHAT WE SAY TO EACH OTHER. that is the only difference between us.

HUMAN life is the MOST valuable resource in this planet. what ever issues we have will be SOLVED BY HUMANITY, a sunset, ice caps or some endangered fish is not going to sort it out. it will take people working together to figure it out. and we can do that and we will do that.

science tells us that this isn't the first environmental change. we are still here. we will be here in the future.

everyday millions and millions of people go to bed hungry and afraid. slavery for sex and other uses is alive and well.

the reality of the situation is that we have the available resources to feed everybody on the planet a big mac and fires for dinner in a relatively short time. there is more opportunity available for humanity NOW than ever before in the history of humanity.

we should all have access to clean water, health care, education and advocations and rewarding work. there is ONLY one reason we don't all have this: WHAT WE SAY TO EACH OTHER and about each other.

Nobody is blaming an inanimate object. People are blaming how easy it is for people to get said inanimate object.

Firearms are deadly weapons that need to be heavily regulated. Instead, we hand out firearms to anyone who wants them. You don't even need a mental health check.

Take firearms out of it.

Automobiles are deadly. Simply by being careless, one person with an automobile can kill multiple people - by accident. Because of this, it's heavily regulated. You have to jump through hoops to get a driver's license. You have to take a class, take a written test, get a permit, get insurance, register your car, do behind the wheel training, and then take a driver's test... And still you get a restricted license. Then for the rest of your life you maintain your license, and you can lose it if you are not responsible.

Yet any eighteen year old can get a firearm in forty-eight hours just by not having committed murder.

WTF?

I am not saying take away firearms. I'm saying we need to regulate them.

^^^ This... No one but the extreme are saying we should ban all guns.. What we are saying is that they need to be better regulated and that maybe we shouldn't have such easy access to certain types of guns or maybe all guns. It shouldn't be so easy to get them..
