IQ rates are dropping in many developed countries and that doesn't bode well for humanity
People are getting dumber. That's not a judgment; it's a global fact. In a host of leading nations, IQ scores have started to decline. Though there are legitimate questions about the relationship between IQ and intelligence, and broad recognition that success depends as much on other virtues like grit, IQ tests in use throughout the world today really do seem to capture something meaningful and durable. Decades of research have shown that individual IQ scores predict things such as educational achievement and longevity. More broadly, the average IQ score of a country is linked to economic growth and scientific innovation. So if IQ scores are really dropping, that could not only mean 15 more seasons of the Kardashians, but also the potential end of progress on all these other fronts, ultimately leading to fewer scientific breakthroughs, stagnant economies and a general dimming of our collective future. So why did you add a very disputed graphic that bore no relationship to the piece you linked to ?

its funny to see these "expert psychologists" post an "IQ map" of the world pretending that there is such a thing...the median IQ of any country is 100...every single county in the world has an average IQ of 100...
example, if by some miracle, a wizard came and he said "everybody in switzerland will now be 2x as intelligent!" the median IQ in switzerland would REMAIN 100... 100 is the average in every country...it is not possible for a country to have 65 or 105...because 100 is the only average it can have...because that is how it is scored :1orglaugh:1orglaugh:1orglaugh |

Technology is making us dumber. That's easy to see.
Twenty-five years ago it was difficult get a computer - you had to build one by hand - and then it was difficult to maintain and keep running. You needed to know everything about computers to keep them up and running. Hard drive failures were a regular thing. Now... Every ten year old has a tablet that can do anything. |

I actually had to build my 1st PC back in the late 90s because they were way too fucking expensive to just buy outright. I used to be on top of all that shit back then, could do whatever but damn I probably have a hard time remembering how to install windows 3.1 now days.. |

according to this map everybody in aftrica is severely retarded with a mental age of a 6 year old... according to this map most of latin america is retarded as well... if only the "experts" making these maps knew the very basics of what they are shitting about :1orglaugh:1orglaugh:1orglaugh:1orglaugh basically india/africa/latin america according to "experts" · Luis Mata, executed in 1996, had an I.Q. of 68-70. According to a psychologist who evaluated Mata, "his ability to express himself and his ability to recognize the meaning of common words were at the level of a nine- to ten-year-old child....He lacked basic understanding of familiar processes. He did not know the function of the stomach, where the sun sets, nor why stamps are needed on letters...Arithmetic abilities were limited to addition and subtraction with the help of concrete aids such as fingers."13 :1orglaugh:1orglaugh:1orglaugh:1orglaugh:1orglaugh |
It's not alarming compared to the rate of mental health problems that have people engulfed in their own obsessions for decades on end.
I mean, what good is a high IQ if you can't do something as simple as go to the store, or interact with a stranger in person? No less, communicate something of actual intelligence. You don't have a chance with a problem like that. |

You just thought you would rile the plebs with a cheap dog whistle. The map, the study that produced it, and its conclusions, are all disputed and criticised by many experts in the field. You are a nasty little cunt. :2 cents: |
