Trying to get an account approved and just going in circles.

Sent a Skype to Ruth weeks ago but no response. Not sure that she is still around?

Reached out to Chris this morning, not sure that he is involved anymore either?

Is there anyone on their team that is publicly accessible. The support ticket system seems to be getting me nowhere.
