how many TB do you use for hosting videos on your tube?
 

i have a 500MB host,
and 8 ram

and computer is almost filled up with 200 sponsor videos

so i was wondering how many TB do you have for your sites if you host videos (and not embed or hotlink them)

and how much ram do you recommend for hosting videos?

we haven´t a tube, but can say we purchase 1tb ext harddrives for each year which is filled every year from our filming and images. We´re about to purchase a 250tb ss ext hd which is going to be our main back up for all time, all the 1 tb ext. drives will be backed up on the 250tb.

filming so many niche, shooting most days, at least 5 new scenes every week and all exclusive, That´s a lot of content huh :)

Please point me to this “250tb ss ext hd”. I don’t think you know what you’re talking about based on what you said here in the quote I just typed.

Talk to a web host and ask them according to your current situation :).

It really depends on too many variables, namely the amount of content and its quality, whether you have multiple formats encoded.

not sure if you are talking about storage space or bandwidth. also not sure what you mean by "500MB host".
