google june update
Anyone else getting slaughtered by Google's new update?
I lost half my traffic virtually over night and it still continues to drop websites I have read saying if you get hit then wait it out 10 to 15 days to see what happens and then start looking at changing your site around to make google more happy though not sure what that really means yet. Thoughts? |
Yep, One of my websites has been hit by new update, It has tremendously lost traffic since yesterday, Based on my experience you can do nothing to fix this shit. Many of my websites were being penalized due to Google update algorithms since 2015, Seem like i should give up this one as well.

This happens to me regularly when there is a big google update. Just change a little bit of your site and submit another site map. And stop bowing down to google. Use bing and buy some back links. Fuck relying on google shit.

I'm getting more traffic.
IDK maybe it's not for google update but I think it's bases on responsive design. |

Best idea is to join some SEO tools and analyze the sites. Improve the backlink profiles of the sites and fix any issues we may find. |

looks like linkpolularity has lost again weight in this update. pagespeed and mobile friendly got a bigger weight and sites with a clear structure hierarchy won a lot. google always explains what they want but they wait til enough sites are compliant with their guidelines. as soon there are enough they bring this step by step into the game by changing the weight of the different aspects. but real user experience is already in place and it will replace all other factors within the next 3 or 4 years. |
Pandering to google is a terrible business model. I've never had trouble attracting adult traffic. In fact, I tend to get more than I want in some instances for non-adult websites and have to block it. Like 80% of the traffic on the net is people looking for porn or watching porn. Use image search and video search to attract traffic.

-- Like someone else said Bing is the way to go IMO. Bing will be a huge player in the next 5 or so years. |

I got the feeling, that my wordpress blog is ranking a bit better than before - seems like trash fake sites are losing many ranks so there is free space to raise up.

I strongly disagree that SE should never be your primary/only source of traffic. SE has been my only profitable traffic source for years. SEO traffic is the absolute best, most profitable traffic source out there. If you're good at SEO and do things relatively white-hat you don't have to worry much about google ruining your business. And there's the old saying--adapt or die. SEO is great in 2019 and it will still be in 2029. |
It has the appearance, that the adsense summerhole will be filled with porn traffic these year.
Some local search result, looks like hand managed shooting galleries at the fair. Adsense farms, everywhere on former adult keywords and after that thousands of empty eu and infos domains, witch redirecting straight out of the serps, to cpa landing pages. If guys like Sullivan and Mueller want do something for the quality they are always talking about, it would be the best, they start at their own products. Best regards |
