So much for Isaac Asimov's "Three Laws of Robotics"

A robot may not injure a human being or, through inaction, allow a human being to come to harm.
A robot must obey orders given it by human beings except where such orders would conflict with the First Law.
A robot must protect its own existence as long as such protection does not conflict with the First or Second Law.

First, Wow.

Next, at 1:36, HOLY FUCKING SHIT!

Then after that I began to get suspensions and noticed that the watermark of the video said "Bosstown" instead of "Boston". Then of course, the making-of bit at the end.

This video was so good - I was sure I was watching another Boston Dynamics video. I felt bad for the robot taking the abuse, and wondered if the guys hurting the robot felt bad too. Weird, I know.

Awesome video - thanks for sharing!

Yeah I didnt even suspect a thing till the end. I was thinking they simply programmed it to act clumsy.

Makes you wonder though if perhaps the way to make these robots walk like a human would be to use motion cap software to do it.

yeah the end was the giveaway when they started going over the top and shooting it with a gun :1orglaugh

But you have to admit they did do it perfectly they downsize the robot just enough so it was believable that it was an upgrade from the previous version and it sounded the same and everything was great :thumbsup
