You might also call the police and say you think they have a cam on it trying to film your naked family, but the FAA has a lot more firepower than local police.

That's a shit which can't reach a target at even 50-100 meters. Get a 5 mm pneumatic rifle. You don't need any license for it, but it will do the trick even at a 100 meter distance.
