Is there a standard for age range?
 

Hey, happy to join you all, my first post here (couldn't find the introductions forum, I guess there isn't one?)
I'm new to the industry, recently created my first live cams website (chaturbate affiliate).

Might be a newbie question but I couldn't find an answer:
How do you define the age range for titles like girls, teens, women, young, mature, old, etc... Is there any standard people follow?

Based on looks first, then actual age. It's pretty much arbitrary, but teens can only legally be 18 or 19. Seen some old looking "teens" and young looking "matures" so I'd definitely prioritize categories by the models' appearance.

Are you asking about the ranges in numbers?
Teens 18-19
College 20-24
Milf 24+40 (I mean n 18 year old or 40 year old can be a milf)
Mature 40+
Old 60+

Kind of my own little set I have going.
Maybe different for others. Especially if you are strictly cam affiliate.
I know alot of female performers who get offended at being 25 and labeled a milf.
But I also know 30 year olds who put on pigtails and play a teen role.
Hell I've had scenes where my roleplay mother was younger than me in real life.
