Oregon Govenor sends State Troopers after Republican Senators.
State senate Republicans are attempting to illegally block a state level vote by "running" away from the capitol in order to stop a vote on a climate bill. The Oregon Constitution requires at least 20 Senators be present to vote on any bill being there are 30 state senators, 12 Republican and 18 Democrats, Republicans decided to neglect their duty and attempt to run away from the Capitol to stop a vote.
That is unfortunate for them because it just so happens that is a violation of their oath and the governor has legal duty to send state troopers after them to return them to the capitol by force if need be as well as fine them $500/day.
They can either return to their duty or resign from office or be forced back. Several of them actually left the state knowing state troopers can't arrest them in other states. One even threatened to shoot state police officers because he doesn't want to do his job..
This is how bad the Republican party has become people.. They are becoming Nazis before your very eyes. Ask your self would you accept a employee running away from his job a job he is getting paid to do?
