train from Amsterdam to Nuremberg Germany
 

I am planning on flying into amsterdam then taking a train to Nuremberg Germany during christmas time, has anyone here ridden these trains ..is it worth it or should I just fly dirtectly into Nuremberg? (why Nuremberg, I read they have one of the best christmas markets in germnay)

I've done that trip in Spring and it was very scenic, plus the train lands you downtown anywhere in Europe where as flying adds an hour or two to get from Airport to city.

Same trip in winter will be weather dependant could just be a trip of white nothingness.

Its a small but very cool shop, if your looking for products though, why Europe and not China? Head to Yiwu that's where everythings made.
