I got a number of high speed tickets back then.... I never got a ticket doing 85 in a 65. All of my tickets were "exceeding 100 mph".

He wasn't doing 160 mph, he was doing 160 kilometers per hour.... He was doing about 100 mph in a 60mph zone.
