So anyone has any idea what will be exactly allowed and what not? Because the explanation is very vague (as always)

Regarding porn they are talking about the header / profile picture, not the posts.

I was thinking the same, but was not totally sure

Header and profile pics are viewed by everybody and can't be "restricted" in any way. That's the reason.

Porn in the header and profile will get you a suspension. If its an accidental first time offense they will unsuspend. Porn in Tweets is A okay....for now.
