Anyone waiting on a Paxum wire?

Made a withdrawal request last week and still waiting on funds to hit my bank account. It's not super late at this point, but delayed enough that I'm starting to wonder.

Have been in contact with another webmaster in Australia who also has a late wire.

Has anyone initiated a Paxum wire withdrawal recently (in the past week) and they're still waiting for funds to arrive?

adultchatpay 07-09-2019 05:52 AM

I was supposed to make a thread as well.
I made a wire transfer and it was validated last July 2nd. Unfortunately, it did not reached my USD bank account yet.

I am doing wire transfers for the past years without this delay, on a weekly basis.

I also have pending payments from other programs. Reps say they sent wire to paxum but their money is not yet credited. So I got a lot of pending payments on que.

adultchatpay 07-09-2019 05:59 AM

Rowan, what date was your wire validated?
I am really wondering what is wrong.

It usually hit my bank in 2 days.. 3 days the most.

rowan 07-09-2019 06:04 AM

It's been just over a week (by calendar) since Paxum validated my wire.

5 full business days at this end.

robwod 07-09-2019 06:23 AM

FWIW, I've been wiring out USD (Paxum) to a USD account (in Canada) for a few years and they are fast, usually the next day. Last month when Paxum started offering lower priced local wires in CAD funds, I tried them a couple of times and they take anywhere from 3 to 5 business days, i.e. noticeably longer.

That's Paydek , paydek.com a Paxum company with a P.O. Box address in the U.K., site IP address in Iceland and using Bank of Lithuania

I don't receive Paxum wires but I do send them, last week both their business name and their bank account details changed to a new bank. that could be a potential reason for the delay?

If you are sending to them to fund your paxum account, then probably yes. As any change in account info will get the wire returned or on floating status.

If receiving wires , like me, then there is no reason for the delay.
It's validated and sent, as stated on the status.

adultchatpay 07-09-2019 07:08 AM

I spoke with a network owner that their first wire to paxum got "lost"... So they sent another one and sadly, it's no good as well

always Paxum changed their bank info (for sending wires), some programs had a problem wiring $$$$ to them.

Brian mike 07-09-2019 07:17 AM

If that help , I made 2 wire the last 10 days and got them in reasonable delay 2 - 3 days in my bank.

I would email Ruth directly she's been a good help so far to sortent out most of issue.

Hopefully you guys get their money Soon :thumbsup

it was just a guess. the change in bank/bank account details was in the time frame being discussed here and any time one shifts operations from one bank to another there can be delays, esp for pending transactions during the transition. also 'validated' is different than a wire actually being sent, wires are done manually to the best of my knowledge so having a wire approved can be different than having it actually sent

I dunno, it's a frustrating service to use at times but it's the only 3rd party system that protects me and Ruth is always awesome at getting issues sorted when they arise

hope y'all get your cash soon

thezio 07-09-2019 07:45 AM

5 business days for me too, since the WIRE for approved and processed. I am still waiting for the money to hit my bank account.

Dunno what's happening... It used to be fast!

digitalfantasies 07-09-2019 08:10 AM

Yeah I noticed it on twitter, many people complaining about lost wire transfers. And now people who can't access their money and stop using paxum as payout method will be charged monthly maintenance fee for having inactive accounts. I'm about to fly to the next paxum sponsored summit and personally stick their maintenance fee up their assess.

Wonder what @ruth has to say about it.

Phoenix69 07-09-2019 09:01 AM

I am in same situation as OP.

A wire "validated" late night Wednesday 3rd ( Australian Eastern Time ) has still not cleared. In the past year all wires have arrived into my bank account within 2 - 3 business days maximum, after changing status from "submitted" to "validated".

Just received a reply from Paxum support :

The payment processor is currently experiencing some delays due to the high number of requests received in a short period of time, but we're in constant communication with them and we've been assured that your transfer will be sent out within a few days.

As soon as that happens, the funds can take 3-5 business days to arrive, as it all depends on banking agreements.

We apologize for the inconveniences caused and we thank you for your patience and understanding.

RuthB 07-09-2019 10:00 AM

We are using a new wire processor and that has resulted in some delays as they adjust to our volume. Most outgoing wires have been processed and are already on the way to the respective client bank accounts. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

I think there is some confusion here. There is no monthly maintenance fee in place, however if you do not perform any transactions inside your Paxum account within a 180 days period (6 months), AND ONLY if there is a remaining account balance, then the system will automatically charge $5 USD maintenance fee at that time, and once per month every subsequent month of zero transactions. We clearly state this on our FEES page, and it has been in place for well over a year.

FYI - I'll be in Montreal for Qwebec next month (August), so if you need to have an in-person conversation please feel free to hit me up to arrange a meeting. :)

Are you referencing Paydek, a Paxum company? If not, who's the new wire company?

rowan 07-09-2019 07:44 PM

Bump

As I mentioned in the other thread, it would be nice if Paxum proactively informed their customers of problems. By the sounds of it, this isn't something that just affects one or two people.

adultchatpay 07-09-2019 07:53 PM

I got two paxum payouts in. I guess wire issue has been fixed.

Great.. So most pending WIRE transfers (more than 5 working days) should get processed in next 24-48 hours at max?

Good for those who got their payments processed. I am still waiting.. no reply from their support ye and no funds deposited in my account yet :(

thezio 07-10-2019 07:05 AM

Reply from Paxum Support:

Our accounting department has indeed validated your WIRE, however, due to the large number of transfers recently initiated, the processor has encountered delays and we are still waiting their confirmation that funds were actually sent.

We are in constant communication, asking them to expedite processing and things should get back to normal shortly.

Your patience and understanding are deeply appreciated.
Best Regards!

--- Patience running out, apparently.. Hope it gets done tomorrow :)

Same question. Please update us on this!

Same here. Made a request on July 3rd, seemed weird it didn't arrive. I opened a ticket and was told the processing bank is delayed. Could be a few days, then 3-5 days to receive. Seriously?. 2 weeks for a wire?

Something is up.

Get ready for more fun in November when banks will be closed in the USA for Nov 28th - Dec 1st. Make sure to get your wires squared away by 21st of Nov.

Lots of Monday holidays coming up as well. Sept 2, Oct 14, Nov 11.

You might say, well, we don't care, we aren't in America... But that doesn't stop Paxum's payment processors from shutting down on those days.

SekobA 07-10-2019 11:44 AM

paxum become not serious at all ..whey have problems all the time

Canada-eh 07-10-2019 08:23 PM

Last time I checked, the bulk of the work for wires is done electronically and not by a room full of monkeys. Just our luck that Paxum choose the processor that is in fact using monkeys.

If no monkeys are involved, can imagine that the meetings between Paxum and the processor went something like this

Paxum: We need a processor for wires.
Processor: Do you have any historical volume figures.
Paxum: Nope.
Processor: Ok. Sure. Sign us up.

Submitted one July 3rd, got it today. I'm in Canada.

ALSO. Just got an email that they are crediting the $50 wire fee and issuing a coupon to use on your next free wire withdrawal.

pamon 07-11-2019 10:40 AM

Your recent USD wire withdrawal
We wanted to reach out to you about your latest Paxum wire withdrawal in USD currency. Unfortunately there has been a delay as USD wires are currently taking longer than anticipated to be processed. We recently changed to a new banking partner and all outgoing wires must go through due diligence before being processed and issued. This is the reason for the current delay. Wire withdrawals in currencies other then USD have not been affected.

The majority of pending wires have already been processed and we expect those remaining to finish processing over the course of the next few days.

In light of this situation Paxum will be refunding your wire fee for the last wire and we are also providing you with a Wire Withdrawal Coupon that will refund the full wire fee the next time you request a wire withdrawal from your Paxum account. To use the coupon simply enter the Coupon Code in the Coupon field in the Withdraw Funds >> By WIRE Transfer section of your Paxum

We understand how important it is for clients to be able to trust in the stability of our service, and when situations like this occur it can cause concern and dissatisfaction. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you have experienced caused by these delays.

We will evaluate and revise the way we introduce new banking partners to Paxum so that in the future these types of delays do not happen.

We value and appreciate your use of our service and once again we apologize for the delay.

Best regards,

Paxum Team
