Crazy, as i am using same stuff for body building, tho it is in pill form, not in bottle version which i use. It is quite strong stuff, everytime when i took it i was not able to sleep for whole night, so i take it only when i have heavy workout.

pill form is the only safe form...you can not dose powders accurately...
