Cop tases guy who is having a stroke for not following orders
 

Cop shows up to an accident. Guy is having a stroke. Cop tases him for not following commands.

Tase him, mace him, threaten to shoot him... instead of just try to open the door and pull him out.

The level of dumb is on the monkey level.

And what was the crime to even need a taser. Stopping in traffic???

What the fuck is wrong with these people... Anyone one with half a brain can see that guy is having some sort of issue, is not acting violent or purposely resisting in any way. He is clearly not coherent..

Every one of these cops needs to be charged with assault and fired..

No doubt there's institutionalized racism in the police force.

À big % of officiers are military back from afghanistan/Iraq. There, they could do anything they wanted with no consequences... Just continuing the tradition, and still no consequences...
