Where to sell: MY BIG BOOBS AMATEUR STUDIO

Hello guys
As some might remember I run the blog boobsrealm.com. one thing led to another and I am starting to shoot some big boobs amateur content. Still a learning curve but my contacts are the best busty girls in glamour and porn.
I wanted to open a store on manyvids but I would also want affiliates to increase my sales. I can't start a website as I may not go for volume but for rare and unique content.
This is quite investment as I'm booking some of the best in the no boobs niche.
I also know the risk of people pirating the content.
If I have a website and affiliates I won t be able to put up monthly content for many months.. I may have around 30 to 35 videos by November.. so a regular site won t work.

Glad to see a proper business thread :)

Maybe a ModelCentro website?
You could sell them at ManyVids, Clip4Sale etc at the same time.

Whatever you do, I'd establish a brand name and register a domain for it first. Watermark all content with the domain name.

You can redirect the domain to a single store, or add links to multiple places where the customers can buy the content. Later you can decide to develop the domain into a real website, and you'll already have targeted traffic.

Good luck, and let us know if it's opened for affiliates at some point :-)

Thanks. Well my blog is already established .. https://www.boobsrealm.com . so the store should follow the same name...
For sure I want to rely on affiliates but as I will be selling per video and not monthly subscription that's when the issue comes.
Would affiliates be interested in per video sale %?
And what sites offer affiliate possibilities for per video sales and not no they subscription?

Not all affiliates ofcourse, but i am sure plenty would not have an issue with this. All comes down to the EPC, doesnt matter much if it's with videos or subscriptions

You have a disconnect here because you want affiliates, yet you also want to bank on your blog's name.

Your new project is a completely separate venture. You should absolutely use what you have built from your blog to leverage the new venture, but they are separate and so you should keep them separate, especially to get those affiliates that you want. Affiliates are not going to promote your products if there's a chance of a traffic leak to your blog.

Come up with a great new name (brand) for your new venture. Something that you can easily promote from your blog and something that affiliates can promote as well, which helps build your brand even more.

Then push the C4S/MV/PH/XV angle to get money coming in. Once you have a nice catalog of content and a little extra cash, you can start building that paysite. Start building the paysite side once you get around 20 videos or so. Is that a small amount of content? Sure, but that's how you get the ball rolling and that will bring in more cash to help purchase more content. Rinse and repeat.

I would not do this. You'd be wasting the paysite traffic sending it to a free site.
You could think of something similar, like boobsrealm.xxx or boobsrealm vip, and cross-link it with your free site.

That's a good question. I think none of the ManyVids kind of stores accept affiliates. I think ModelCentro might support this actually. NATS too, but then you'd need a CMS as well, so it might be too complicated as a start?

As an affiliate I would have no problem promoting such a pay-per-sale site, as long as it's 50% revshare. One more thing to consider, I don't like to sign up single site programs that pay affiliates themselves. You might get more affiliates promoting you if they're paid by ModelCentro/CCBILL/something similar.

Good advice right there. And C4S/MV/PH/XV isn't just for getting money coming in, it's also a way to get your name out there. Some of the people noticing / buying your stuff there will also be customers on your paysite.

A good remark about the 20 videos too. Some companies are opening paysites with under 10 videos these days.

If you have 20 videos with normal length, and you can keep adding steady updates, I think it's fine to launch the paysite. Especially if it will be a clip store kind of site, then absolutely nobody is going to complain about the quantity.
