Running a server on mobile phone and accessing it remote?
 

I installed socks server on my mobile phone but it seems i cannot access it remotely when i try to connect to it over desktop internet connection. Is there any way to make this work? So far seems how using server on mobile phone it's only to be accessed over local connection, not internet but still wondering is there are a workaround to make it work.
