I'm pissed as a rat. I'm not new at this!

get some powerade. im not sure what kind of drinker u are. eat even if you don't feel like it. keep busy. rehabs are bullshit. if you want to quit you just do. once you flush out you lose the urge. hope you make a solid choice. there is no luck in this so i won't say it. it's a bad demon to fight.

sometimes rehab is needed depending on how bad it is. Last time I quit drinking for 8 1/2 mos it started with being in the hospital for a month and detox was twice as bad cause I was also in a lot of pain.

I don't do drugs, and don't even drink any more. I also quit smoking a decade ago. Never ever doing any of that again.
