Good luck with getting any support. They're one of the worst affiliate programs we've ever worked with. Terrible support (slow, unfriendly and not cooperative), terrible conversion rate, terrible interface, ... They pretty much killed Babes and Twistys for us.
I miss the old Twistys :(
