Replacement for Quicken

I just discovered that Quicken has gone to a pay model. (I'm a little behind on a few things). I have to pay them so I can import my bank information into Quicken?. Fuck them.

What is a good replacement for Quicken?. I would prefer something I can have in my PC and not cloud-based. MS Money isn't an option since it's gone by the wayside.

Spam away

I checked into this 2 months ago. Mint dominates the market but I use QuickBooks for more power.

Thanks for the input Sly. It appears that Mint is a suitable replacement for Quicken. I don't need all the power of Quickbooks for personal use. I just want to keep track of my savings/checking/etc.

It's total bullshit that Quicken now requires a subscription just to import your downloaded statements. I can see if you are using their online services and shit but, I am just importing already downloaded files into Quicken. Now, I have to pay?. It's total bullshit.

After 20+ years of using your software and now this shit?. Fuck You Quicken!

Ask me how I really feel.

Quicken was sold off a few years back. So the company running them now is not the same company that you have known for 20 years. When I was trying to organize my personal finances better, I tried Quicken as well and I just did not like it as much as QuickBooks. I don't find Mint to be quite powerful enough but it's a very handy tool as well.
