Is Google going to end up FUCKING adult like it did Mainstream?

Fact: Less than HALF of Google search results end up with a CLICK!

https://searchengineland.com/now-mor...y-finds-320574

Those snippets you see when you do a search comes courtesy of a site that isn't getting a visit

Look at the image results for adult.... on the way there?

Google: It's okay if we SCRAPE you but if you run a scraped blog network you get banned

Yeah. Okay. Got it. :helpme:helpme:(

They will be punished by EU sooner or later.

Zero click is also when you put a question about suicide line or what time is right now in Albuquerque

A lot here support large companies right to decide what they do or don't promote.

https://gfy.com/politics-and-more/13...-internet.html

Or is it one rule for Trump and another for others?

King Mark 08-18-2019 08:28 AM

^I still hold my position.

Let these tech companies do what they want. Dont try to commandeer twitter and turn it into rt, just go to gab where you're accepted.

Can there be any doubt? I just got this email from them today:

On Aug 25, 2019 Chrome will prevent ___.com from opening new windows and tabs
Deliberately misrendering HTML is an odd and dangerous approach for a browser. They're trying to leverage their near monopoly in order to bully webmasters into conforming to their vision of the internet. W3C sets the standards which we work with, not a lone proprietor like google :321GFY

BTW, if anyone is wondering, this email is apparently in regards to a pop-under on my site which google claims they must "protect" their browser users from. Perhaps they're concerned it might be a distraction to one of their 25 minute youtube ads they force users to click on to dismiss...

Yep.

Zero click doesn't happen when you put "lesbian teen porn".

This has been going on for about 3-4 years. It's your own problem for not adjusting sooner or knowing better.

this isn't the first time they've pulled this bull shit... I just detect the UA and warn chrome users about google's behavior. if they want to see the internet as it was intended, they can't use chrome, and they should be made aware of this fact.

Where did you got that mail? Webmaster tools ?

Ferus 08-18-2019 09:15 AM

A big part of the “Zero-click searches" are bot's and SaaS software checking Keyword ranking anyways.

You use Google for adult?

Bing!

The only SEO webmasters need in 2019:

User-agent: Google
Disallow: /

to keep Skynet out of your house.

So you would agree with that if Google started to preach Islamophobia and hate against black and Brown people.

NewbieNudes 08-19-2019 09:30 AM

Google recently blocked advertising (exoclick, ero, TF zones)on one of our sites because we had pop under script. It meant we had ZERO revenue from the site that was 100% advertiser supported. (they turned off all 300x250 zones as well as the pop under)

This is completely fucked - and it has meant we can not use pop-unders.

You might have a legal claim for tortious interference.

I don't have the means to sue Google successfully so I haven't looked into it.

Get this fucking comment out of here. No more politics in this forum. As soon as you let things Trump said cause it was about the internet.. others will think it's ok to post politics here. :321GFY

they donīt turn off zones - they turn off target=_blank clicks even when it is not an ad.

and this does not only happen for a popunder - it can have a lot of other reasons regarding
ads.

I still can see many ads out there that are not conform with coalition for better ads rules. smaller sites will not be effected but as soon your site gets a topranking in a popular key they will check manually and take action.

there are still ways to use popunders carefully and get them through a re-approval but as I said it is mostly not just one issue when they block a page.

Yes I saw this on my Tours where I had some links pop=up in new windows. Not ads, just my own sites. :(

What are you doing here?

Asking a question or accusing me of something?

Rochard 08-20-2019 09:51 AM

I remember when Google picture search used to pull all of my images from my blogs... if you typed in any solo girl into google picture search it would pull pictures from my blogs.. Those were the good days.

They DO turn off zones, the exact wording from Chrome console is this..

"Chrome blocked resource https://a.exoserv.com/adzonevariables on this site because this site tends to show ads that distract, mislead, or prevent user contol learn more at CHROME HELP URL"

I contacted them to have the site reviewed and they told me it ALL the adzones were blocked because of one pop under that was nothing to do with exoclick, it was my own script.

I posted this info to inform and help the community so don't just come in here and try to make it as if they are simply blocking target=_blank - it has nothing to do with that.

To resolve, I removed the pop-under code, submitted the site for review, waited a few days, and it was then approved and the exo ad zones were working again.

So for clarity, GOOGLE can and DOES re-write the way your pages display to users through chrome browser and can kill your ad revenue if they don't like your pop under code or whatever other reason they see fit.

They have definitely gone full circle from "do no evil" to "we are evil"
