Paxum - still waiting....
 

So i always liked paxum for the past 8-9 years.
never had any issue with them
But this new card thing is brutal on me...

It's been 3 months now

I submitted a ticket on sunday night, still no reply...

Has anyone received the new card and actually used it and can tell us it works ?

Received it in February. Works fine.

is it the unionpay card ?

I just got my documents approved and requested the SEPA card. Will see how it goes.

This was their last reply to me, back in January 2019 when I asked what was going on:

We've finalized implementing a new processor and we have started to issue cards using that one, therefore your old card application has been cancelled by the system.

Although we understand your frustration, there are no updates available from the processor regarding your card application.

We assure you that we are treating this situation as a top priority and with a high level of professionalism, as a consequence, an answer will be provided once the processor provides the requested update.

We thank you for your patience and understanding.

planet paxum time is not the same as planet earth time obviously.

Same here .. no changes at all ..

Many ppl received their cards and using them .. but we're waiting almost a Year and nothing .. that's total BS

The total time between clicking the apply for new card and the status change to shipped was a mind blowing 13 hours, 51 minutes and 44 seconds!

The card was shipped 15 hours, 22 minutes and 22 seconds ago! :thumbsup

Total waiting time: 23 hours, 16 minutes, 8 seconds!

Been waiting since October last year and apply for new card function doesn't work. My last reply from support was that "they were working on it" that was 4 months ago...

Hey Paxum, I just have to say that I've quit a decent job before because they were unable to pay me with Paxum, which for some reason was their only option, and I never received any response from email or Skype from Paxum when I asked about that at the time and what options I had other than to create an LLC then opening a business account.
