Paging Ruth (Paxum): where's our money?

It's been 1,5 months now. The wire was sent on July 17'th. We've provided all the docs to your "accounting" department. SWIFT trace shows that it ended up at your bank.

Wow, still waiting.

Have subsequent funding attempts (if you were game to try) succeeded?

Not sure if it's related, but I noticed that funding source for my wire withdrawals keep changing... here are the wires I've received from Paxum in the past few months:

RTGS HIGH VALUE PAYMENT REF NO xxx 1/PROBITAS FIDELI OTHERS
RTGS HIGH VALUE PAYMENT REF NO xxx 1/PROBITAS FIDELI OTHERS
RTGS HIGH VALUE PAYMENT REF NO xxx DEK-CO (UK) LTD ORDER ID xxx
RTGS HIGH VALUE PAYMENT REF NO xxx DEK-CO (UK) LTD ORDER ID xxx
RTGS HIGH VALUE PAYMENT REF NO xxx INTERPAY LIMITED DEKCO UK LTD TMATE

Got an update about the funds that are frozen on old cards:
"We are in constant communication with the card issuer trying to expedite the process"

LOL

If you have a wire pending to us, please email me - [email protected] - and I'll be happy to look into it for you.

I can't help but notice every time a question about whats going on with the money stuck on the canadian credit union cards is asked, it's ignored. No answer from Paxum support either...

To be fair this has been the case for many years, the explanation I got was that paxum is using a "wire aggregator" which uses many different banks. I had to explain this to my bank too why I was getting money from different sources all the time.

People who followed the procedure directly with WFCU have started receiving checks directly from the bank.
