Does any know of a good MP3 to MP4 software converter or online convert?

Davinci Resolve has an audio panel and it's pretty easy to do this there. Also free.

is there a book for dummies on this program! Its cool but a little complicated lol

Lots of stuff on YouTube. Blackmagic also has a series of training videos on their website.

It’s basically Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Media Encoder and Audition thrown into the industry standard color grading software. A lot of the video editing I do can now all be done within one program. That came with my cameras at no extra cost.
