Sending soiled things through the mail.

Rest assured that I'm going to check with a lawyer before I do anything.

I just figure that I'll throw this up on a few sites to in order for me to get a general idea of the problems so that I don't look like a fool when I talk to the lawyer.

Ok...

We've never had a problem sending just ordinary used panties in the mail. But there's a real demand for skid marks and panties that are a little more soiled than normal.

Has anyone done this and were there any problems?

No, have not done it, but I'm first in line to order, for when you decide to send them to the UK :thumbsup

I'm not a lawyer, but I'd imagine if that E-girl who got famous and sent out her "gamer girl" bath water can do it, moist panties shouldn't be an issue.

I mean people were even vaping and drinking the stuff to try and get views on Youtube...

SBJ 09-09-2019 10:56 AM

it is illegal to send used panties (soiled) in the mail. Yes, tons of girls do it but if you are going to ask your lawyer then you don't need to waste your money asking.

If you want to try to do it on the down-low a lot of girls make good money selling them. I've never understood that fetish cause panties can't small good after being in a sealed baggy for a week. Hell, I've never even been into smelling fresh panties.

lol give me a freshly clean pair after using tide and lots of fabric softener and mmm :1orglaugh

Awww you gone n' spoilt in now... You've taken the element of 'Is it, is it not?' away from the experience... :(

Shame...

Mailing used underwear via USPS is illegal as it's considered hazmat. However, it may be possible to ship via a private courier like FedEx or UPS.

vacuum seal them if you're worried. you're not going to get in any serious trouble, law enforcement is worried about illegal weapons/explosives/drugs, not used panties. You're pretty much last on their list of people they'd go after.

you can also use a fake return address to up your security.

One thing you might like to know is that when illegal materials are found by law enforcement in the mail, they go after the person that is *receiving* the package, not the person who sent it (because anyone sending illegal materials usually uses a fake return address so it's not worth law enforcement's time). It's easy to go after the recipient because...well...you have their address.

The only place where this breaks down is if you are openly selling and shipping--for example, selling drugs on darknet markets. Law enforcement buys packages from you in order to build evidence and figure out who you are.

But you're selling panties. Law enforcement barely even goes after cannabis vendors--they spend their time going after people selling weapons, fentanyl, explosives, etc.

Don't ask me how I know all this.

offering "used panties with a skid mark" is no guarantee of the presence of human waste. any substitute that is brown and foul smelling would probably satisfy the customers; those who figure out the rouse are unlikely to complain anyway :winkwink:

That's some disgusting shit. Yall weird af.

I have to use our business address so the fake address route won't work.

I was just going to stock our bathrooms with panties instead of toilet paper. LOL

then just vacuum seal 'em man. don't listen to anyone who tells you to use fedex or UPS; if you're sending illicit materials you want to use USPS and send them priority mail (never express, never overnight, never first-class). Again, don't ask me why I know this. But you're not sending anything dangerous so you have nothing to worry about.

Bodily fluids on panties sealed in plastic bags can still transmit some diseases...so there's also the liability someone catches something from them.

Is it illegal to sell and ship dirty festish underwear to a buyer?

Is it illegal to sell and ship dirty fetish underwear to a buyer? I know its a weird question but this was a discussion a few of my friends were having after seeing it done on a TV series. I know there are lots of women who do it but I read about a SC girl that got arrested for it, and I havn't been able to find anything else about my question.

The United States Attorney in South Carolina prosecuted Ms. Vetter under 18 USC 1461. A link to the Citizen's Guide to U. S. Federal Law on Obscenity may be found below. It contains information that should answer your question. Citizen's Guide To U.S. Federal Law On Obscenity

I am visualizing a room full of elderly women sitting around bingo tables reaching into boxes of fresh panties and giving them a quick swipe on their snatch or ass crack to perfume it. Ughh.

Not panties, but there have been more than a few times I've FedEx shipped dirty laundry directly to the laundromat so they could have them washed so I could be on the road faster again.

Something to consider, used men's socks. :helpme
