Paxum - no way to withdraw my money
 

Hi all,

It's been 2 years now that I cannot withdraw my money from Paxum.

• I never received the card I ordered.
• I cannot withdraw the money to my bank account. My bank does not accept adult money.
• I cannot withdraw it to my TransferWise account, not anymore.
• All exhangers like cryptex24 etc. stopped Paxum exchanges.
• I don't trust other exchangers and they take like 10% of fees. I'm too afraid to be scammed and lose my money.

What other options do I have?

I stopped using Paxum since a year now. I just want to withdraw my balance and delete the account.

How bank will know why you are getting money, I don't get it? And in what country bank cares where from your money is coming from?

How much money is it?

Instead of receiving the actual cash, is there a way for you to use that money to pay for a service that you need? Maybe web hosting, design work, links, traffic from a broker, webmaster work, etc.

If you are in Europe contact Ruth to fix your problem as you are suppose to get a SEPA card. If not you do like me and wait forever for a new card solution.

I will not wire to my bank, 2 years ago after I did this, my bank informed me right after that "they could no longer thrust me". Paxum had sent me a wire using a 3rd party service that was on the blacklist of my bank at that time.

Not sure, what's wrong with Paxum these days. I can't withdraw. WIRE not working for me. Contacted Ruth, lets see.

What happens when you submit one?

USD is disabled for my location. I asked Ruth and she said to withdraw in EUR / GBP. GBP worked for me.

Waiting for money to show in my bank account now. :)

Is there another paxum USD delay?
I made a wire last Sept 17th but is not yet in my account.
It is usually 3 banking days.

got my wire in three days. But without card, paxum is mostly useless for me.

I usually get it for 3 days as well. But last weeks wire was not yet in. So i am thinking of another USD wire problem.

There is USD WIRE issue. Try withdrawing in GBP or EUR for faster clearances.

Only web hosting which cost peanuts, and my Paxum fund is more than $2500.

I did a wire transfer which worked finally. I sent $600 but received $580. Paxum already took $50 fees and my bank took $0 fees, so where are the $20? Waiting for Paxum to answer and it's been a week now.
