Looks like Paxum changed their admin GUI but my banks infos for wires are gone, am I missing something or its somewhere and i cant find it?

All the banks that you have ever sent funds to will appear in the PAYMENTS > WIRE or LOCAL BANK TRANSFER screen.

It's a great rebuild isn't it? We've also added OTP authentication for improved security. :thumbsup

The 'Require transaction approval codes' seems to be disabled (I was using approval codes).. do I need to request a new table of codes?

Yes, you can do this from the Quick Action menu right after you log-in. If you don't see it there then go to SECURITY and it will be there

Paxum Bank has already been approved for its own UPI license as a principal issuer. We are now in the next step of the process which is integrating into Card Platforms and Card Printers. This isn't a quick process as certification is not done overnight, but we anticipate this will be finished within 4-6 months and then we will be issuing cards directly ourselves.

Paxum prepaid cards are not the only way for users to access their account funds. Paxum is a great way to consolidate all incoming payments into one location so you can withdraw as a bulk amount. Go to the login page - click Forgot Password. You will receive a code via email (or SMS). Input that code then enter your new password.

Your withdraw option doesn't work in all geos!!!

It's just a matter of time big companies starting migrating to other services like ePayments...

Oh, and Happy almost 5 months of waiting to me..... waiting this UnionPay card (2019-05-02)

I withdrew few days ago by wire. It's less convenient then a card, but shit works. I also like the new interface way more then the last one. On this one, once you add bank details you also know if eft/wire is available immediately.

Ruth, can we get a new or the old Bank details to fund our Paxum account?

The current one that's been implemented recently - "ABANCA CORPORACION BANCARIA SA" is not working.
We are still looking for that lost wire from July and are reluctant to send another funding wire to the the current Banking details. So everything is on hold.

- When withdrawing via wire, it asks me to fill in the "DETAILS OF PAYMENT" field. What? I just typed "payment"

- Once the request is submitted, it tells me my bank's details have changed. Uh, after the withdrawal is initiated you tell me my bank's details have changed? What?
