Seems like someone else in the support ticket have jump in and rephrase their last ticket with a better explanation of whats wrong , so i uploaded again my utilities bills in their system thats all they said they need . ( i did that already previously but what ever :1orglaugh )

But i have to say sunday Morning 7am Getting support ticket replied with in 30 - 60 min each is an interesting thing ya know :winkwink:

Epayments fee to wire / transfer funds to my bank $3.00 only ?

Whats the catch ?

I expect some welcome fee from my bank but $3.00 only to proceed that's crazy :upsidedow

How come other service like charge $25 - $50 in house fee to wire/ transfer funds + welcome fee from bank $10 - $15 ?

My ePayments mastercard has just arrived :)

They are from Russia and use different date format.

They also have different numbers format because they keep telling me my bank account info not right and now my transit info not right LOL.
At least ticket are responded and they try to help to resolved this wire/. transfer numberssssss issue :1orglaugh

Finaly received after 10 tried to get the numbers right :1orglaugh

This morning tried again to wire with new info support provide me.
It did worked i have receive my transfer couple minutes ago .

48 hours max.... Epayments withdraw fee's = $3 USD + Welcome fee of my bank $10 USD

Headache to set up but worth to solved issue to make it worked :thumbsup

yesterday I sent epayments to bitcoins and it took 5 minutes !!!! :thumbsup
