Fucking Hell Paxum !!!

I initiated a withdrawal of One Hundred and Ten of my hard earned money in Euros on the 25th of September. I got my 'Transaction initiated' email in acknowledgement, and it reminded me that it could take up to 5 working days, so I've been sat and patiently waiting for the 'Transaction Completed' email you usually send me... But NOTHING!

So I checked my status in the new admin, and it's telling me its completed! I then check my bank statement, and it was indeed completed - On the 26TH!!! IN LESS THAN 24 Hours !

I really feel that if you are going to do it THAT fast, that you ensure that the second email is sent letting me know! So fast i cunt keep up wiv U... :upsidedow

:thumbsup:thumbsup:thumbsup

LOL CS, I admit, you got me.. I thought there was something wrong! :321GFY :1orglaugh

We have actually removed the Transaction Completed notification as we found it was causing too much confusion to clients. Many clients assumed the Transaction Completed notification meant the funds would be in their bank account, whereas it simply meant the Transaction had been completed by the processor. Naturally that kind of confusion creates a lot of unnecessary support tickets, which delays responses to 'real' support queries. So the removal of the completed notification should help with that.

With the new personal account interface everything is clearly indicated and clients can easily see whether the transaction has completed or is still processing.

I'm glad you got your payment so quickly! :thumbsup

Yeah, it just threw me! I was wondering why I had not been notified like I used to be :)

Same here, was waiting for that email but then the money was already on my account 24 hours later. Next time I'll know.

Paul&John 10-03-2019 02:52 PM

Received my EFT in less than 48 hours after request.. pretty nice!

Nicky 10-03-2019 03:26 PM

Yea EFT's have been fast lately, me like! Now if I could just get my damn card, its been in the "submitted" state for a year...

Global Bank of Commerce is our current Unionpay Card issuer, but unfortunately they lost the ability to receive incoming USD payments as they lost their USD Correspondent Bank. As a result we cannot send funds to them (to fund the cards or pay for activation) and so that has created a delay with being able to activate and print cards for clients.

We are hoping for resolution but I don't have an update on that at this time.

In the meantime Paxum Bank has already been approved for its own UPI license (unionpay) as a principal issuer. We are now in the next step of the process which is integrating into Card Platforms and Card Printers. This isn't a quick process as certification is not done overnight, but we anticipate this will be finished within 4-6 months and then we will be issuing cards directly ourselves.

It was an elephant post ( ˘ ³˘)♥ ! I know that the card issue is not Paxum's fault.

Will this new cards (issued by you) be available worldwide? Or at least available to southamerica?

nikki99 10-04-2019 09:41 AM

Ruth, as u added EFT options for colombia in colombia pesos, is possible you add Chile in Chilean pesos?

Sharon1974 10-04-2019 12:08 PM

Same shocking experience here; within 24 hours! EFT was already surprisingly fast, 2-3 days, but this is what we are looking for :-)

adultchatpay 10-05-2019 04:56 PM

PAxum wire should be at least 2-3 days on my side. Otherwise, there is a problem.
But it's hitting the target 8 out of 10, so it's fair enough.

Twoface31 10-05-2019 09:30 PM

you are saying this after 6 months !! we know it was not api issue but you said it will take weeks to fix, classic reply from paxum that bet on customers memory !! so this little bank created all this problems :winkwink:. good luck with licence but i don't think 5-10 people print 1000's cards in short time , maybe you mean by Aug 2020 paxum will send first card .

paxum is the only player in adult ,epayments is russian EMI working with money laundering bank rietumu , i don't trust real account with them .

Andreweb 10-06-2019 03:44 AM

There you go . . .

rowan 10-07-2019 06:25 AM

I prefer to receive "completed" notifications because the time between when I submit the request, and Paxum actually initiating the withdrawal, can vary.

Please make this an option.

I also need this. We have a USD bank account in Europe, so our money is currently waiting for months at our Paxum account.....

Ruth was going to look into this, but after multiple emails there still are zero results.... :(
