Hire your own Server admin for $50 - $100/ month ( He work for you, can't beat that :thumbsup )

Make him set up your server at Ovh.com <= check their rates and compare :winkwink:
( no management this is why you need a server admin if you cant do it your self )

Also Each IP you buy at Ovh.com is ONE TIME PAYMENT $3.00 EACH
