Paxum does not reply to my tickets and emails.
Hi. My Paxum Prapaid Card /SEPA/ is blocked for more than week because I did stupid mistake with my PIN when I tried to withdraw money from ATM. I have opened two tickets asking for help last Thursday and have sent email to [email protected] on Friday and yesterday again. I have not received ANY response to my tickets and emails for almost one week. Is it normal?
