MadCheddar Payment
Am I the only one not getting responses from MadCheddar over the past 2 months?
Ever since I asked for some additional information about a missing cheque, I have heard back from anyone. |

:1orglaugh:1orglaugh I thought this program was taken over? |
Well anyway this program looks trustworthy I hope you will receive your money soon!
They aren't good at getting back to you. Could use one or two more reps.
No issues personally.
But I know a legit affiliate who was trying to get their payment for months and months and wasn't paid. |
still hoping to get paid
still sitting here waiting on the followup after receiving the initial 'We will look into this for you' response.

question, does anyone think that affiliate programs get worried about posts like this one, which mentions negative things about their program?

the cheddar train

I don't understand. I've never had a single problem with them. They pay me and even on time, which as you know in this industry is saying something. :P
Its odd, i get a response, but then not again for a couple weeks.
This is all about a payment being sent to an old address because nobody approved my admin changes inside the webmaster area. |

Good luck. |
Id like to hope that they are better than that. If they keep treat their affiliates with a 'Fuck You' attitude, then one would think they would lose business.
Hoping that James will respond to me again from MadCheddar. He responded when I started this thread saying he will get back to me, but then nothing.
why no response
cheese please
maybe they only pay affiliates they think are worth paying.. the ones that make them enough money
they have sent me the 2 payments after they approved my paye name change details, but just dont respond when i ask for an old cheque that was sent with an incorrect name, to be re-issued.
money money money

Former madcheddar employee here. Let me help you and explain to everyone what is going on. Who to contact as an affiliate: contact [email protected]. He is the affiliate manager. skype contact: live:james_24187 Why We Do Not Answer Messages: If you sent a message via the NATS form, it will never get answered. Those emails aren't forwarded to us. They get buried in the NATS inbox that never gets looked at because there is nothing that tells us to pay attention Why Your Payments Are Missing: Most likely because you chose the cheque option. Switch to paxum if you can. Nobody in the business likes issuing cheques anymore. It's a pain in the ass, especially if your minimum payment is $100 or some low number. Frankly, most affiliate programs will ignore you for anything less than $500-$1000. The hassle of chasing down a missing $100 cheque, costs more than the payout. Please don't blame James or whoever you talked to, if there is no followup to any initial responses like "I will look into it". Unless you are a big affiliate, resources are prioritized for more important things because it's still a growing operation. Is Madcheddar Scamming Affiliates: No. They don't withhold payments or ignore them. It's just a massive operation that grew from a small idea, into 6 sites in 5 years. Lots of people are working overtime and things get missed. I will apologize for missing things when I worked there. Do Affiliate Programs Care About Threads Like These: Honestly, no. It's not like 10 years ago when every employee created a GFY account. |
thanks MovieGuy for the information (especially the Skype contact).
