Got A Surprise When I Recently Opened A New Ticket

Their System Automatically Converts Normally Entered Text To Fugly Mixed Case. :thumbsup

(There is actually a problem I am aware of, which is why I opened the ticket... my bank transfers list is completely blank, no transactions whatsoever, including the one I submitted 3 days ago...)

Anyone else have their "Bank Transfers Status" list say NO TRANSACTIONS TO DISPLAY?

*EDIT* select "Outgoing transfers" in the "type" box, and they appear.


Initiated an EFT transfer. Which I could not get to work using my available balance. Had to decuct $4.52 (after fees and conversion) for it to finally go thru. Else I just got the "incufficient funds" message. :( So now my account has $4.52 just sitting there until next pament...

The new dashboard is nice but this needs to be fixed

surprisingly the new site works pretty good, even on mobile. transfers to card are instant as well.
