Weird situation on twitter
 

Hey guys I was wondering about something, it kind of pissed me off a bit so I don't know what to do exactly.

I was tweeting some promotional content from Nubiles when the model in the images started coming at me basically screaming at me to delete the post, to repost it and tag her and do not post any nudes because she wants people to join her onlyfans thing for that.

Meanwhile, I'm here promoting memberships for Nubiles, I want to sell memberships for that and am using the promotional material as intended.

From my understanding, she has absolutely no say in this and does not own the images, Nubiles does, and they are from the promo content area...

I deleted it out of "kindness" while being essentially yelled and and ordered around the entire time. As soon as I deleted it for them they blocked me. I'm wondering if I should just re-post it and say fuck this dumb idiot, or should I block them and not promote any content featuring them?

I'm inclined to repost it with even more racier images from the promo content area for them being so rude and idiotic.
What would you do?

Yeah sorry it's a "her", I said "them" as I was trying to be all "secretive" as to not give it away. You want me to name names, I don't know.... I think maybe she's just very naive or clueless. Anyways I reposted it for now, she's definitely mistaken and if she has an issue she can have Nubiles contact me since I'm pretty sure they own the content, which is from their promotional tools section and meant for promoting the website, which is exactly how I'm using it, lol.

I'm still blocked by her but if things escalate I will post a bit more info.

Do what she says. Even if Nubiles owns the content, you don't want her to get mad and quit. Ask her if she can provide some other content to you that you can use instead. That way, everybody happy.

I don't think that's an issue. I only use material specifically from the promo tools area. All content I use was selected by Nubiles themselves to be used in promotion of the website. You don't give someone tools and then tell them it's against the rule to use the tools you just gave them, lol.

I don't think it's a Nubiles related thing though as I'm quite certain she would have said the same thing had she seen me posting promotional content from PornPros, which I also promote and she is also in, lol.

Unless you're just using their softcore promo materials, that's my interpretation. They essentially want their explicit promo material only used behind a paysite's members area.

I'm not disputing that you're using promo materials and not members area content. But Nubiles gave you promo tools that have conditions. It's their content and they have the right to control how it's distributed or not distributed.

I think InfoGuy has a point. If we want to promote Nubiles Cash, we can only use softcore promo content. No pussies allowed!

"graphic display of the genitals" implies that displaying pussy content with just pubes would be allowed outside of password-protected areas. But content showing pink pussy should certainly be considered "graphic display of the genitals" and restricted to password-protected areas. If in doubt, ask Nubiles for clarification and get it in writing.
