Accountant

Hi,
We are an adult company in need of an Accountant for our business based in Europe.
Would anyone recommend services that will cover the following tasks, but is also personal and will allow us to communicate on a weekly basis. The job requires only several hours of work per week, so we are looking for a long-term contract from an individual or a company that is professional, prompt and proactive.
We provide good compensation paid on a monthly basis via Paypal or paxum, flexibility to work remotely any time of the day, and great co-workers :winkwink:

- initial update and optimisation on all accounting files
- monthly expenses / revenue + reporting
- monthly Paypal + Paxum payments for a small remote team
- weekly revenue reporting /based on Nifty Stats/
- monthly bank statements review
- affiliate payment updates 3 times a month

Thank you in advance for helping with any suggestions and recommendations.
If you are also in the adult industry, would you mind sharing if you use have an employee or you're outsource your accounting?
Have a great week! :thumbsup

Thank you for your reply. Our company is registered in Luxembourg. But as I mentioned, our team is remote, so we have been working with individuals from other European countries and the US.

Every European country has different laws. If you need someone who will take care of the local tax obligations & reporting, then you need someone from Luxembourg.
When you say you need an "accountant" this is the role that most people will think of.

If you need an assistant only for your internal business reports and affiliate stuff, then you could hire someone from any country. Doesn't even have to be European.

I would separate the two roles, as accountants from Luxembourg will be expensive. It's one of the most expensive countries in Europe.

You need to look for a local accountant.

:winkwink:

Thank you for your replies. I agree with the note that these are two separate positions. More of a bookkeeping and weekly affiliate payments following kinda thing.
Yes, we should be okay as a remote position from anywhere. Thanks again

this...

google local accountants & check out reviews...

And as BigFurry mentioned on the second part of his post iīd deleted, if itīs an accountant in house position to work on all the figures to an external accountant, then any accountant from any where could do this.

Also in case, they wouldnīt necessarily need to be an accountant, they could just know all the data fields youīd previously mentioned "nifty stats" etc. & have a good head for algebra & arithmetics. this could take weight of your shoulders if thereīs any big tax problems, itīs their problem to deal with :2 cents:
