Hard Links And Traffic

If you have a hard link trade with another site, and they have a DA and PA over 30+. Yet, you are not receiving any traffic from that link. Would you keep them for SEO purposes or drop them?
Thanks

Trading hardlinks is primarily for SEO purposes, not traffic.

High DA/PA doesn't mean you will necessarily benefit from the link, I personally look at other things.

What Denny said. PA/DA is pretty useless. And yes, even without traffic, links are important for SEO. I never look for traffic, simply not giving a fuck what is confusing many webmasters.

What do you do if you see good DA/PA or UR/DR , but now or low (less 1000) SE traffic at domain?

Look at their niche, lots of sites have good backlinks profile but can't get much SE traffic because their niche--usually bc they aren't a tube but their pages target tube keywords.

Such sites are valuable for backlinks.
